| Assemble at Harbourfront Centre at least 60 minutes before departure time. Collect your boarding pass from Batam Fast ferry counter, Harbourfront Centre #02-50/51. (Batam time [1 hour behind Singapore]: 10:50am arrival in Batam) Upon arrival at Batam Centre International Ferry Terminal and after immigration and customs, you will be greeted by our tour guide. You will then be escorted to our air-conditioned bus for a transfer to Hotel for Check-in. Free at leisure for the rest of the day. | |

| 07:00 am Breakfast 11:30 am: Check-out. Pick-up from hotel and transfer to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal using shared transportation (subject to change, between 11:30am – 12 noon). You can then spend some time at the Mega Mall, which is just across the street. (Return ferry timing is fixed on 1520pm. For other prefer timings please indicate on remarks: 14:10, 16:30, 17:10, 17:40, 19:00, 20:30) | |

Great location, just in front of Nagoya Shopping Mall. Beside the hotel, there is also "Spa Secret" for me to pamper myself. Just beside that, there is another massage place, much cheaper and better in my opinion, it's a thai massage house. Hotel lobby is undergoing construction for a new cafe. Rooms are newly refurbish, beds are huge and comfortable as well. Do request for a room near lobby for stronger wifi. Facade in my opinion requires a bit of touch up, buffet breakfast is good.

Nagoya hill hotel and Grand-i hotel were fully booked on my travel dates & I've decided to try the hills hotel, it is a 3* hotel and of lower standard but rooms were newly refurbished. good point is it's location, just opposite nagoya hill shopping mall and right beside spa secret.

A good 3* hotel. A bit under rated in my opinion. Hotel is directly opposite Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and just beside the famous Spa Secret. It's like killing 2 birds with 1 stone. Will definitely be back for sure!
